Trip To Spain

We were going to Spain to visit Avi and Iaia. When with Otto, Louis, Mum, Dad and Me.

We got to Christchurch then we went to sleep. The next morning we would do everything that we would usually do in the morning. Then at 4:00 P.M, we went to the airport, we had to go and wrap a bag because the lock in one of the suitcases was broken, get the boarding passes to all the planes, pass through security and then wait for the plane. While we were waiting we had food at a cafe. The plane took 3 hours and 30 minutes to Sydney. When we were on the plane I had to figure out what to do and I did it like immediately. Then the video turn on what we had to do if a crash landing or landing on water. Then I watched the movie ‘Angry Birds 2’ it was really good. I had food for a while. Then I watched a bit of the movie the ‘Big Bad Fox. After that, I realized that Otto was watching ‘Cartoon Network’ so I watched a bit of that too. Then I finished it off with a bit of Harry Potter. Then It was time for us to be in Sydney.

When we got into the airport we did not need to get the boarding pass because we already had it. So we passed through security we had a bit of food and then we went on the plane, it was the same plane. It will take 14 hours to get to Dubai. So we hopped on the plane and started the flight. I watched all of the big bad fox, had food, then I fell asleep for 3 hours then I woke up and fell asleep for another 3 hours then I played some pool with Louis watched all of the cartoon network and then watched part of detective Pikachu. Then we made it to Dubai.

In Dubai, we passed security and then we waited for our plane and when the plane was near we would go there and go on the plane. Then we went on the plane. It will take 7 hours I watched the rest of Detective Pikachu. Then I played some pool with my Dad, he won. Then I watched ‘SpongeBob SquarePants’. Then I watch 'Horrible Histories' with my Dad. Then I played this really cool game that is where capture animals. I bet the boss but the fish levels are hard. Then I watched the lion king then we got to Spain.

Once we were in Barcelona we went off the plane and this man had to check our passports. Then we waited for our bags then we were off to see Avi and Iaia at the gate.
I was really happy at the end.

If I Had Three Super Powers

I would have super speed, invisibility, and teleportation. I would have super speed so I can run on water, I would have invisibility so I can be the best at hide and seek, and I would have teleportation so I can go on trips without paying.

Equal Pay For Equal Work

The question is: On your blog tell us if you think women should get the same amount of money as men for sport. Why/Why not.

This is a hard question but I do think that they should get the same pay because. it will be fair and they will have the same point of view. Also that if they do the same thing and they deserve the same amount of money.

Recycled Art Exhibition

Yesterday day at 5:45 I went to the recycled art exhibition. There was lots of food my art was a rainbow I made with my friends, Cody and Jack. You might have seen my other blog post with my art on my blog. There was all different art my classmates did.

BGF Story one

                                            I made this with Jack R it took a long time and also there is an animation and this is only story one there is going to be many more stories I think.We made the characters there names are Jeff and Raven and then we made a story of them.  Plus at the end there is a animation of it. Firemen Visit

Yesterday Firemen came to visit, to go over what you have to do in a fire and smoke detector stuff. First the said there names and then the told us what to do in the fire, you have to get low, and when your on fire you roll on grass. Then we did a drill of what to do when the fire alarm, you crawl on the ground and get to safety. Then once they left, my teacher told us the fire triangle, it's what you need for a fire. You need fuel source, something to light it and oxygen. When I said that when your on fire you roll on grass, it's called: Stop drop and roll and you do that because the oxygen runs out when you do that.  Have you ever herd of the fire triangle and have you had a fire fighter visit?

Year 4 P.E

This Term Year 4 people get to have extra P.E because the Year 5 and 6 are going camping and go so the Year 4 people, so then it's even with Year 4, 5 and 6. Here I'll be taking about one days P.E . One day we were practised soccer skills. There were two team one was room 3 people and room 2 people it was 4v4.  On our we did the first round for a while, then we made it so there were 2 on the back and 2 on the front on each team. A while after that room 5 came for there P.E and so we had to leave, each of the teams got zero. I hope you liked it.    Do you know what P.E stands for, I know but I want to see what you know.

At interchange I do drawing ad this you tube channel called Art Hub for Kids guided me and the others doing it.

ScreenCasting Of Matific

TERM 2

This is what I did last Term. I enjoyed my time with Mrs Swinburn, but now my teachers are Mrs Hickford and Mrs M. I like all the stuff I did last term. I learned lots and what I like the most is coding.

Dragon Art

Today Mrs Minehan talked to us about the images we use off the internet. We learnt that it is best to create our own, so she showed us how to download an image from the Explore tool onto Google Drawing and then we made it our own by using the Polyline line tool to draw over it and colour it in. It was so much fun. Have you ever made your own images like this? This is my dragon, do you like it?

Sun Catchers

Today in Ruma Piwakawaka we made sun catchers with Mrs Minehan. It's kind of hard, but you can do it. It super fun to make sun catchers. Now they look like leaves in see through plates hanging on string. They look really cool. Have you made one of these sun catchers? I don't know your answer, so leave a comment?

Science Experiment

A few days ago we did a science experiment with flowers. We put dye into water and I thought it's going to change the colour of the flower. It was slow so Mrs Swinburn added some more dye into it,and that made it quick. I thought it was going to change colour and I was right. It changed the white flower colour, to the colour of the dye. Would you do one of these science experiments?

This slide is all about what we have been doing during term 1 in Ruma Piwakawaka. At Maths time I have learnt to say a number with 15 digits in it with Mr Kinane. At Reading time I have learnt to use tone in my Reading. At Writing I have learnt to do recounts with lots of other stuff. Peer Mediation

On Monday Mrs Zuckerman came to our class again to teach us more about peer mediation. She also taught us about conflict.I learned how to be a peer mediator and I would like to be one. Read my blog and learn how to be a peer mediator yourself!

This is the first week in my new class. My teacher is Mrs Swinburn and I am in Ruma Piwakawaka.
